This Website stringently complies with any and all pseudo-standards that the relevant blogger at the time deigns to decide to comply with. Having said that, these pages are made with 100% renewable webspace*. Also, the colour-scheme, although vaguely reminiscent of a midnight dreary, is designed so that CRTs that display it, use less electricity in their rendering of it (dark colours use less electricity - or so the theory goes), In addition to these blatant ecowarrior appeasements, the code in this site has been minimised so that the amount of energy used to render the pages is minimised. (this is not, as some have claimed, a dumb excuse for having a minimalist website. On the contrary, it is the result of an idea that seemed good at the time, but on further inspection, it was made evident that the idea was not good. It was measurably awesome.) *defined as space that can, and likely will be reused, hopefully, with better content that currently is occupying the space, not the physical space on the hard disk drives of the server that the content resides on. Happily, this has nothing whatsoever to do with the conscience appeasement industry of carbon offsets.
